What we do

Care for the whole picture, not just the sore bit.

Whatever brought you in, we start by understanding how you move — then choose the hands-on treatment and movement that get you back to yourself.

  • Physiotherapy

Hands-on assessment and treatment for pain, injury and stiffness — with a clear plan and exercises that actually fit your week.

    Assessment & treatment
  • Sports rehabilitation

From a tweaked hamstring to a full return-to-sport plan, we rebuild strength and confidence so the injury doesn't come back.

    Return-to-sport plans
  • Sports & remedial massage

Deep, targeted soft-tissue work to release tight muscles, ease tension and help you recover between training or long days at a desk.

    30 & 60-minute sessions
  • Movement & Pilates classes

Small, guided classes — mat Pilates and clinical movement — to build the strength and mobility that keep you well for the long run.

    Small-group classes
How it works

Three calm steps, at your pace.

No jargon, no pressure — just a clear path from that first conversation to feeling like yourself again.

Assess

We start by listening. A thorough first session to understand your history, how you move, and what you want to get back to.

Treat

Hands-on treatment plus a simple plan you can actually follow — a few well-chosen exercises, not an overwhelming list.

Recover

We progress you gently, check in along the way, and build the strength that keeps the problem from coming back.

The people you'll meet

A small team who'll remember your name.

You will see the same physiotherapist through your recovery — someone who knows your story and works with you, not at you.

Good to know

Before your first visit.

A few things people usually ask. If yours isn't here, just call — we're happy to talk it through.

Do I need a GP referral to book?
No. You can book directly with us as a self-paying or insured patient — most of our patients do. If you are claiming on private insurance, some providers ask for a GP referral or an authorisation code first, so it is worth checking with them before your appointment.
Do you work with private health insurers?
Yes. We are recognised by Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality and Aviva, among others. Bring your membership and authorisation details to your first session and we will invoice your insurer directly where we can. If you are unsure what your policy covers, give us a call and we will help you check.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit is a full 60 minutes. We will talk through your history and goals, assess how you move, and start hands-on treatment the same day — you will leave with a clear plan and a few simple exercises. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and we will always explain anything before we do it.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what is going on, but we will give you an honest estimate after your assessment — and most people need fewer sessions than they expect. We never sell packages or ask you to commit up front; you book as you go, and we will always tell you when you no longer need us.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens. We just ask for 24 hours notice if you need to move or cancel an appointment, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged, but we will always be reasonable about genuine emergencies.
